So after a much needed nap, we finally went back to the park. We stopped for some Pretzels and Hot Dogs at Casey's Corner on Main Street. (#freenachocheesesauce) We had no good plans on how to do a section at a time, we just kept walking to the next ride we wanted to regardless of where we were. So, we walked all the way to the back of the park (again) to see what is in Gaston's Tavern.
Gaston's Tavern is full of Antlers! |
We walked around and took a few artistic shots
Then it was time for some Mickey PhilharMagic! Similar to the Muppet's show in California Adventure, you watch as Donald Duck tackles conducting Mickey's orchestra and the mayhem that ensues. It was fun!
After we left that we decided it was time for It's a Small World. While we walked over I looked over to Rapunzel's Tower and was awestruck.
"At last I see the Light..." |
This art work is what is on the outside wall before you enter the bathroom. So beautiful! |
These lanterns! |
Small World is always a relaxing little boat ride. We walked back through Liberty Square where Harrison touched the Liberty Bell...
We went Aladdin's Magic Carpet ride again
Then we went on the Jungle Cruise! Always a hoot.
And then it was time for ...
#artistic #castletime |
It's called Wishes, and they use all of these lights to "Paint" the Castle! We stood on the ledge next to a restaurant, and watched the Wishes show and the Fireworks show.
Tinkerbell Flying |
After the fireworks, we still wanted dessert, so we went to Gaston's. We fell IN LOVE with Lefou's Brew.
A combination of Frozen Apple juice with a hint of Toasted Marshmallow and topped with a Passion Fruit Mango Foam |
After that delicious treat, we went on Peter Pan once more and then called it a day!
We walked at LEAST 5 miles, the pedometer did not work the whole day in my pocket... and we visited around 20 attractions. (bathrooms not included, though that would easily double the number... haha!)
